Q : Does your range of video glasses, goggles and eyewear work with the new generation of iPods with video and the iPhone ?
A : Yes, as long as you use the Apple Composite Cable and have the latest firmware installed on your device. We are currently devleping a "Made for iPod" and "Works for iPhone" model. But this will not be available until 2008.
Q : I have connected my EVG230 to the iPod Video but no video is seen when wearing the video glasses ?
A : Ensure that you have TV Out set to ON and that the video glasses battery has power by observing the blue light at the side in ON
Q : Can I use your products with my VCR and Xbox game console ?
A : All our range of products support standard composite AV input. Xbox, PlayStation and even Nintendo Wii are compatible, DVD/VCR players as well as Set Top Boxes, PSP 2000, Digital Cameras, 3G Mobile Cell Phones with TV-out and much more.
Q : We are a manufacturer of simultors and want to know if you are open to partnerships with integrators ?
A : Absolutely, we would love to work with as many integrators as possible to enhance the end users experience.
Q : I own a pair of your video glasses and it keeps falling off my nose, what can I do ?
A : With all our video glasses range, the nose piece is completely adjustable, just either squeeze or spread the nose piece to fit you perfectly.
Q : The video eyewear I bought seem a little heavy after long periods of use, what's the best position to use it with ?
A : We suggest having your head tilt back slightly, just like if you are lying on a pillow or in a recliner chair. This will take all the weight away.
